The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue growth for our company. This individual will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create and optimize affiliate partnerships, monitor performance metrics, and drive overall program success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for GreedyGame Media
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to maximize program performance
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and manage affiliate partnerships to ensure positive return on investment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to optimize affiliate marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of success in managing affiliate marketing programs and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum results
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Work Environment or Location:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work out of our headquarters in New York City. This position may require occasional travel for conferences, industry events, and meetings with affiliate partners.
