Deloitte is seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director for Cyber Strategy & Transformation in our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have a CISSP certification and possess a deep understanding of cyber security concepts and strategies. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing cyber security initiatives, developing strategic approaches to address cyber threats, and collaborating with clients to enhance their overall cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage cyber strategy and transformation projects for clients across various industries.
2. Develop and implement cyber security strategies, frameworks, and policies to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.
3. Collaborate with clients to assess their current cyber security posture and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Lead a team of cyber security professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
5. Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
6. Work closely with senior leadership to develop business strategies and drive growth and profitability within the cyber security practice.

Requirements:
1. CISSP certification is required.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
4. Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proven track record of leading successful cyber security projects and initiatives.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience working in a consulting environment with exposure to multiple clients and industries.
2. Advanced certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
3. Knowledge of cloud security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
4. Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and data protection laws.
5. Strong business acumen and the ability to align cyber security initiatives with organizational goals.
