Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, facials, manicures, and pedicures
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and services provided
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of beauty products
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
- An active Beautician license from a recognized beauty school
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in delivering beauty solutions
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with different hair textures and skin types
- Knowledge of various beauty techniques, such as balayage, ombre, and contouring
- Ability to recommend appropriate beauty products for clients' needs
- Client service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive experience
- Proficiency in multiple beauty services to offer clients a variety of options
