Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in audit, financial reporting, or consulting services
- Additional professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) or advanced degrees in finance or accounting

- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff members

Work Environment or Location:

The CA Professional will work at the ICAI's headquarters in New Delhi, India, with occasional travel to regional offices and client locations as needed.
