Requirements

- Strong understanding of the political, economic, and social landscape in the assigned country or region
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
- Demonstrated experience in team management, coaching, and leadership development
