Fitkin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM & E (Customer Relationship Management and Engagement) Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our customer database, developing and implementing customer engagement strategies, and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and customer loyalty programs
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and retention
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer engagement metrics and strategies for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or related field
