Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of all technology projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that coding standards are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions
- Mentor and coach team members to promote professional growth and development
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of all systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for all technical solutions and processes

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Experience in leading Agile or Scrum teams is preferred
- Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members
