Advance Power Solution is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers for a range of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical systems
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone and via email
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical equipment
- Install and commission new electrical systems
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings
- Experience with testing equipment and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PLC programming
- Knowledge of networking protocols
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems
- Certification in electrical safety standards
- Proficiency in CAD software

Work Environment:
The Electrical Service Engineer will primarily work in the field, conducting on-site inspections and service calls at customer locations. The engineer may need to work in various weather conditions and environments, including confined spaces and heights. The engineer will also spend time in the office, preparing reports, communicating with customers, and collaborating with team members.
