Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for end user computing solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Assist in the development of technical proposals and pricing quotes
- Act as a technical resource for customers, answering questions and providing guidance on solution implementation
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to end user computing
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and feedback

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Strong understanding of end user computing technologies, including desktop virtualization, endpoint security, and mobility solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Citrix Certified Associate (CCA)
- Experience with cloud-based end user computing solutions
- Knowledge of networking technologies and protocols
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

Work Environment or Location:

The End User Computing Sales Engineer will primarily work in an office setting, collaborating with sales and technical teams to support customer initiatives. However, some travel may be required to meet with customers on-site. This role may involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate customer schedules and deadlines. The Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Engineering Manager within the Global Sales and Customer Operations team.
