This internship will provide hands-on experience in conducting English communication and personality development training sessions for a diverse group of individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver English communication and personality development training sessions for individuals of all levels.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each participant.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their English language skills and develop their personalities.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the progress and development of participants throughout the training program.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and update training materials, resources, and curriculum.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the training program, such as scheduling sessions, tracking participant progress, and maintaining training records.

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or coaching is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in English language teaching or related field.
