WWF-India is seeking a Field Fundraising Officer to join our team. The Field Fundraising Officer will be responsible for raising awareness about WWF-Indias conservation efforts and raising funds to support our projects through face-to-face interactions with potential donors. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with members of the public in designated areas to raise awareness about WWF-Indias conservation initiatives and encourage donations.
- Build relationships with potential donors through compelling storytelling and effective communication about WWF-Indias mission and impact.
- Meet fundraising targets set by the organization and work towards achieving specific fundraising goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with donors and report on fundraising activities to the Field Fundraising Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop fundraising materials and strategies.
- Represent WWF-India in a professional manner and adhere to the organizations code of conduct and fundraising policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or environmental studies.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule effectively.
- Willingness to work in outdoor settings and travel to different locations for fundraising activities.
- Knowledge of environmental issues and conservation efforts is desirable.
- A commitment to ethical fundraising practices and values aligned with WWF-Indias mission.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in face-to-face fundraising or sales roles.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate with a wider audience.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with potential donors.

Work Environment:
The Field Fundraising Officer will work primarily in outdoor settings such as street markets, events, and public spaces in designated areas. This role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to travel to different locations for fundraising activities. The Field Fundraising Officer will report to the Field Fundraising Manager and collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop fundraising materials and strategies.
