Footprints Pre-School and Day Care is seeking a qualified and experienced Full Day Teacher to join our team. The Full Day Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and develop. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children aged 2 to 5 years old
- Provide a variety of learning opportunities and activities to promote intellectual, social, and emotional growth
- Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate regularly with parents about their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the health and safety of all children
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate school events, parent-teacher conferences, and other activities
- Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to stay current on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Current CPR and First Aid certification

Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using educational technology tools in the classroom
- Knowledge of diverse teaching strategies and techniques to meet the needs of all learners

The Full Day Teacher position is based at Footprints Pre-School and Day Care, located in a residential neighborhood in the heart of the community.
