Key Responsibilities:

- Retrieve and file medical records as needed
- Assist healthcare providers with accessing patient records as needed
- Respond to requests for medical records from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Participate in quality assurance activities related to medical records management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medical Record Technician preferred
- Previous experience working with medical records in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
