The washerman will be responsible for operating washing machines and dryers to clean and dry linens, clothing, and other items. Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and separate items for washing according to color, fabric type, and care instructions
- Load and unload washing machines and dryers
- Measure and add detergent and other cleaning agents as needed
- Monitor machines during the washing and drying cycles to ensure proper operation
- Remove items from machines and inspect for stains or damage
- Fold and stack items neatly for storage or delivery
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a washerman or similar role
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their care requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:
