The Office Girl will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our office space, as well as providing support to our staff members as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize office areas regularly, including desks, floors, and common areas
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for various events and meetings
- Run errands as necessary, such as picking up mail, packages, or office supplies
- Provide general support to staff members, including making coffee, photocopying documents, and answering phones
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry or filing
- Ensure that office equipment is in working order and report any issues to the appropriate party
- Assisting in organizing office events or celebrations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:

The office is located in a central area with access to public transportation and parking options. The working hours are standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
