- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to team members and stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the agriculture industry or related field
- Strong understanding of agricultural processes, practices, and technologies
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
