Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and inventory management
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer retention
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Train and mentor staff on salon services, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as sales data and customer feedback, to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in salon management software, such as appointment scheduling and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of beauty products, services, and trends to make informed recommendations to clients
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate salon operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cosmetology or business management is a plus
