Tata Motors is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Trucks & Passenger SNM & RCFI department. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for the Trucks & Passenger SNM & RCFI division
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue targets and customer acquisition goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide input on new product development and improvements
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on division performance and market trends
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes to achieve operational excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on automotive or related industries
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers, dealers, and industry events

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in the automotive industry, specifically within the commercial vehicles segment
- Knowledge of the Indian automotive market, including customer preferences, competition, and regulatory environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting software
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools to drive customer engagement and lead generation
