NTT DATA North America is seeking a talented SFDC Selenium QA to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing Salesforce implementations using Selenium automation tools to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients. As an SFDC Selenium QA, you will work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and project managers to create and execute test cases, identify and report defects, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for Salesforce applications and integrations.
2. Design and execute test cases to validate functionality, performance, security, and compatibility of Salesforce implementations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for testing purposes.
4. Identify, document, and track defects in defect tracking tools and support resolution of issues in a timely manner.
5. Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities to ensure project milestones are met.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
3. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver for Salesforce testing.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform, Apex programming language, and Salesforce customization and configuration.
5. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking processes.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with Salesforce Lightning components, Communities, and API integrations.
2. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
3. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
