Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, assess the effectiveness of treatments, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices in nursing care.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with a valid nursing license from the Delhi Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and ethical standards in nursing practice.

Preferred Skills:
- Advanced certifications in a specialty area of nursing, such as critical care, oncology, or pediatrics.
- Experience with electronic health record systems and other healthcare technology platforms.
- Training in advanced life support techniques, such as ACLS or PALS.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi or another regional language.
