Enrollment Fees Refund:
By enrolling in our pay-after-placement courses you are agreed to our terms of services and refund policy as well. In some cases we may refund the enrollment fees which are below:
In other cases Refund of enrollment fees is not possible. If you have taken single lecture or downloaded any material from our portal you will not eligible for any refund.
For refund of enrollment or cancellation you need to inform our team within 24 hours of enrollment. After 24 hours of enrollment once your training portal id generated, no refund will be processed by our team.
You will not eligible for enrollment fees refund in below cases:
Indis Academy Course Fees Refund:
The course fees will be paid by our students once placement done. There are no refund for course fees in any cases. We do not take fees in advance.
In case of non-fee payment after placement:
If any student will not pay the course fees after placement within 3 months, we will take legal action and issue a notice to the student. It might be that we may report the students to our hiring partners network for the same. After these steps if we will not received the fees from students we will take the matter to legal way and court case. In our “Pay After Placement” there are no banking partners are involved to finance or provide loan for the students.
For guaranteed placement, if you are not taking regular classes, our team will inform you and contact you if you facing any issue during the class. If you are not taking regular classes we will not responsible for your placement.
For placement you have to take regular classes, attand doubt clearing sessions & participate in quizzes. If facing any issue or any doubt contact batch coordinator or support team.
