Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial banking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all banking requirements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product teams and credit risk analysts, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell various banking products and services to clients, in line with their financial objectives
- Monitor client accounts and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking relationship management
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, including credit facilities, trade finance, cash management, and treasury services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies governing commercial banking activities

Preferred Skills:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or MBA
- Experience working in a multinational banking environment
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Fluency in multiple languages to cater to diverse client needs
