As a Cloud SecOps Engineer at RIB Software, you will be responsible for the security and operational aspects of our cloud-based infrastructure. This role involves implementing security measures, monitoring system activity, and responding to incidents to ensure the integrity and availability of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security controls to protect cloud infrastructure and data
- Monitor system activity for suspicious behavior and respond to security incidents
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards
- Automate security processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error
- Stay current on emerging threats and security best practices to proactively address potential risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud security or related roles
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with security tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR and PCI DSS

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in cloud security, such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Understanding of network security principles, such as firewalls and VPNs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across the organization
