Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in customer service or related field is a plus
