The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of recruitment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in recruiting for language services or translation industry
- Certification in recruitment or human resources management
- Fluency in multiple languages

Work Environment or Location:
The HR Recruiter will work in a professional office environment at our company headquarters in Delhi, India. The office is equipped with modern amenities and a collaborative team atmosphere.
