Intelligent Digital Security is seeking a Web Application Security Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assessing, testing, and implementing security measures to protect our clients' web applications from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, web application development, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and penetration tests on web applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Develop and implement security solutions to protect web applications from cyber attacks.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and events to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into the design and development of web applications.
- Stay up to date on the latest security threats and trends in web application security to continuously improve security measures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in web application security analysis and testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PHP, or Python.
- Strong understanding of web application development frameworks and technologies.
- Knowledge of common web application vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and insecure configuration.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web application security tools such as Burp Suite, Acunetix, and Qualys.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards such as OWASP Top 10 and PCI DSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:
The Web Application Security Analyst will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities are essential. This role may require occasional travel to client sites for security assessments and meetings.
