Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including deep learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment of AI/ML models.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
