Role: Digital Marketing Executive
The Digital Marketing Executive position involves creating, managing, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies through SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to increase online visibility, attract traffic, and engage customers.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and preferences, and translate them into effective digital marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
3. Conduct ongoing keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
4. Create high-quality content for various digital channels such as blogs, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
5. Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, monitor trends, and analyze data to optimize content based on audience feedback and engagement metrics.
6. Design, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize returns on investment.
7. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and report on results to stakeholders.
8. Continuously stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing technologies to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
