**Job Description: Backend Developer (Python & Go)**

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer with proficiency in Python and Go to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be contributing to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge applications, focusing on server-side solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Writing clean, testable, and efficient code in Python and Go, following best practices and adhering to our coding standards.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and robust backend architectures for various projects.
3. Optimizing and maintaining our existing backend services, ensuring their performance, reliability, and security.
4. Working closely with the frontend and DevOps teams to integrate back-end services seamlessly with the UI, and ensuring seamless deployment and handling of production issues.
5. Continuously researching and experimenting with new technologies to improve our current tech stack.
6. Maintaining comprehensive documentation for developed modules, APIs, and systems.

Qualifications for this role include:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience working with Python and Go, with a strong understanding of their underlying principles and best practices.
3. A solid grasp of software design patterns, database structure, and application deployment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
6. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest developments in programming language communities.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
