Billing Executive

The Billing Executive role encompasses the management and accuracy of all customer invoicing processes within the organization. Key responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and distributing accurate and timely invoices to customers. This includes maintaining a detailed knowledge of client billing information, their specific billing requirements, and any account adjustments or credits.

The successful candidate will liaise with the Sales and Customer Service departments to ensure that invoice amounts align with sales figures. They will also handle and resolve any billing disputes or inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service.

The Billing Executive will be expected to manage and maintain the billing system, including updating customer information, processing payments, and reconciling accounts to prevent billing errors. They will also generate and review reports on billing activities such as accounts receivable, payment status, and aging reports.

Qualifications for this position include a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in billing and sales operations.
