The Email Marketing Specialist role is a dynamic and innovative position that requires a strategic, meticulous, and creative mindset to develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns, nurturing relationships and driving customer engagement for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop email marketing strategies to reach and engage target audiences, based on customer data, company goals, and marketing trends.
2. Manage the entire email marketing lifecycle, from developing email content (subject lines, templates, and copy) to deploying and testing emails, and analyzing performance through key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and marketers, to ensure alignment of content, branding, and messaging across channels.
4. Segment email lists for personalized and targeted messaging to enhance customer experience and improve overall email marketing effectiveness.
5. Implement email marketing automation to optimize efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure timely and reliable delivery of emails.
6. Monitor and analyze email campaigns, collecting qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights, inform remarketing strategies, and improve future campaigns.
7. Stay current with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and evolving technologies to ensure the effective and efficient use of email marketing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
3. Strong understanding of email marketing tools and technologies, such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
4. Hands-on experience with email template design, email list management, and campaign delivery.
5. Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) for segmentation, reporting, and insights generation.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage numerous campaigns concurrently.
7. Strong visual design sensibilities, with understanding of marketing principles and branding.
8. Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
