As a Blogger, you will be responsible for consistently creating engaging, high-quality, and original content across multiple platforms to build and maintain the online presence of the brand. This role requires a keen understanding of current trends, SEO strategies, and social media algorithms to ensure content is visible and resonates with the target audience.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, researching and developing imaginative blog post ideas, optimizing each post for search engines, writing captivating and informative content, maintaining the blog's calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule, and curating relevant visual elements to enhance each post.

Qualifications for this position preferably require a degree in English, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of related experience. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, a proven ability to meet deadlines, and a solid understanding of SEO best practices. Experience with content management systems like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar is highly desirable.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be passionate about the brand's mission and demonstrates a genuine interest in the topics to be covered. You will be expected to continuously learn and adapt to new trends in blogging and content marketing, as well as work collaboratively with the marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

expectations for this role include a minimum of 2-3 posts per week, adherence to brand guidelines, and regular reporting on key blog performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
