The HR Generalist role involves managing all human resources functions in a dynamic and fast-paced organizational environment. This position requires a broad understanding of the full HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Partnering with managers to recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless and effective transition.
2. Serving as a liaison between employees and management, resolving complex employee relations issues, and ensuring a positive work environment.
3. Overseeing benefits administration, including open enrollment, COBRA compliance, and employee communication.
4. Developing and delivering training programs to facilitate the growth and development of employees.
5. Ensuring compliance with HR policies, federal and state labor laws, and employment regulations.
6. Collaborating with senior management to develop strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's goals.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and at least three years of relevant HR experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates should be able to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong focus on service excellence, confidentiality, and ethical behavior. Knowledge of applicable HR regulations is required, and experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
