Network Support Associate

The Network Support Associate role requires an individual with a strong technical background and exceptional problem-solving skills. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimizing network downtime.

Key responsibilities include: monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving network-related issues, configuring network hardware and software, implementing network security measures, and collaborating with other IT teams to address complex problems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN), network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), and network software (Windows Server, Cisco IOS command line interface).

In addition, the Network Support Associate will be expected to maintain accurate records of network problems and resolutions, as well as assist in the installation, maintenance, and configuration of new network equipment and systems. They will also provide technical support and guidance to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize the network resources.

The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
