Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator position is a pivotal role within our organization, designed to support the efficient and effective execution of our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, and subsequently sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to help build a talented and diverse workforce. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with hiring managers to communicate job requirements, coordinate interview schedules, and manage the overall recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
2. Utilizing a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates.
3. Conducting initial screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability, while providing feedback and guidance to applicants.
4. Maintaining high-quality candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Collaborating with the HR team to develop job descriptions, interview guidelines, and other recruitment-related materials.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to recruitment and employer branding.

Qualified candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment coordination experience, with a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and practices, is essential. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are highly desirable, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
