Role: SEO Analyst
Responsibilities:
As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing websites to improve their organic search search engine rankings. Your primary duties will include:
1. Developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for a variety of websites.
2. Conducting ongoing keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimization to ensure the alignment of content with target audience needs and search engine requirements.
3. Collaborating with various teams to implement technical SEO changes such as meta tags, URL structures, and site architecture improvements for search engine crawlability and indexing.
4. Performing periodic SEO audits to identify and address issues that may be hindering search engine performance.
5. Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing SEO performance metrics, such as rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate, to measure the success of SEO strategies and make data-driven decisions.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithms, and best practices to ensure the longevity and continued success of SEO strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience may be considered.
2. Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, ideally in an agency or in-house setting.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on complex data to optimize search engine performance.
4. Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical team members.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
