Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager role encompasses the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's social media presence across various platforms to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. Primary responsibilities include: creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives; regularly posting engaging, relevant, and original content; monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of social media platforms; responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback; collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and develop targeted campaigns; and staying current with industry trends and best practices to optimize social media efforts.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to create compelling content in both text and visual formats. Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms is a must, along with strong analytical skills and an understanding of metrics to measure success. Passion for social media, creativity, and strategic thinking are key qualities required to excel in this role. The successful candidate must be capable of working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines. A preferred candidate will have experience working with both B2B and B2C clients, and possess a strong understanding of their respective business models and marketing strategies.
