Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate will function as a critical part of the Human Resources team, collaborating closely with managers and the wider organization to identify, source, and onboard top-tier talent to drive the company's growth and success. This role demands excellence in executing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing through to onboarding and beyond.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, understanding the company's recruitment strategy and requirements, identifying and sourcing qualified candidates from a variety of channels, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating the interview process, and extending job offers. The successful candidate will work with hiring managers to design effective interview questions, manage candidate expectations, and provide guidance on offer negotiation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and a background in sourcing, screening, and selection processes is essential. The right individual will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills. A demonstrable ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders is crucial, along with a strong working knowledge of applicable employment laws and best recruitment practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
