As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving sales growth for our organization through proactive outbound calls, emails, and other marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

1. Proactively identifying potential customers and developing a sales strategy to target these opportunities.
2. Achieving aggressive sales targets by conducting productive and effective phone conversations with prospective customers.
3. Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
4. Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers.
5. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product, and operations to stay informed about the latest product developments and improve the overall sales process.
6. Preparing and delivering accurate and professional sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. Proven experience in a tele sales role, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak with a diverse range of clients.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions to challenges.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members to achieve common goals.
