The UX Researcher plays a pivotal role in shaping digital products to meet user needs and exceed expectations. Primary responsibilities include conducting user research, analyzing results, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve user experience. This role requires the ability to design and execute research plans, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, to understand user behaviors, pain points, and requirements.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to integrate user research findings into product development cycles. This includes conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and participatory design sessions, as well as analyzing usage data, tracking KPIs, and presenting research results in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, agile environment. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as experience with user research tools, is required.
